The will can also protect the client’s bequest from creditors of their beneficiaries. The will is useful in circumstances where the client wants to provide for their spouse but are concerned that they may remarry and divert the family assets to the new family.

This package is suitable for people who only have assets in their own name and superannuation in an industry superannuation fund. This package is not suitable for people who: - have self-managed super funds - have a family trust - own a business with a third party - have a blended family - want to pass on tax benefits - seek higher level of asset protection.
