My practice areas are in general civil litigation, but I do have particular experience in insurance, insolvency, and commercial work. I also have some experience in IP and defamation litigation.
I aim to provide excellent and accurate, but also practically useful legal advice and representation to my instructing solicitors and clients.
This means that I will provide advice that accounts for commercial pressures and outcomes for clients, and will ensure that clients and instructing solicitors are properly informed to make forensic decisions in relation to their litigated matters.
