- Unlimited revisions of the first draft of the Will after client's review
- Meeting client to execute the Will or advice on executing the Will
- Original Will and a copy of the Will
- Letter of advice about your indispensable Will
- Explanatory document: clause by clause explanation of your Indispensable Will

- Gifts of overseas property
- Testamentary trusts
- Gifts of trust property
- Gifts of private company shares

- More than 2 meetings to discuss and complete the Will
- Travel
- Storage of original Will
Enduring Power of Attorney
Includes
- One Enduring Power of Attorney (EPA) will be prepared appointing one or two persons as attorneys
- Up to 20 minutes taking instructions by Skype or attendance at our office
- Documents will be submitted to client for review
- Unlimited revisions of the first draft of the EPA after client's review
- Meeting with client to sign the EPA
- Client will receive 2 originals of EPA ready for lodgment at Landgate
Excludes
- More than 2 meetings to discuss and finalise the Enduring Power of Attorney
- Registration of the EPA at Landgate
- Landgate lodgement fees
Enduring Power of Guardianship
Includes
- One Enduring Power of Guardianship (EPG) will be prepared appointing one or two persons as guardians
- Up to 20 minutes taking instructions by Skype or at our office
- Documents will be submitted to client for review
- Unlimited revisions of the first draft of the EPG after client's review
- Meeting with client to sign EPG
- Client will receive 1 original of EPG and 2 certified copies
