What happens if there is a small dog that is dangerous? Can I still report it?
There is a dangerous dog nearby, he is only small, but could still make a nasty bite on your ankle or leg. Does the fact that he is small and so non-life threatening mean that I wouldn't be taken seriously if I complained to the council or police?
