My ex-partner of 14 months accessed thru saved BPay account numbers/passwords on her phone $450.00 from bank account which I de-authorised her having access and visual access so not knowing if money was in the account in the first place she took a gamble on taking these funds . I canceled her access Over a week ago where do I stand can I charge her with theft ?
