Employment Contract

I signed a contract to work 38 hours per week however have been working an average of 76 hours per week. When I complained about the unreasonable working conditions and demanded that I be compensated for the overtime, I was presented with a new contract to sign. The contract is identical to the original signed contract except this new contract puts me back on a 3 month probation period. I have refused to sign and the manager has advised that I cannot come back to work unless it is signed.
