Do you need Terms and Conditions for a promotional give away?
Hello, the company I currently work out is doing an online giveaway for people that register for an event. Do we have to include Terms and Conditions? Would a template like this suffice?
Depending on where in Australia you want to run this, the exact mechanic of the giveaway, the value of the prizes and various other factors, you may need permits for this. And you should have terms and conditions.
