I am a Lawyer within the Snedden Hall & Gallop Wills & Estates team. I work closely with my clients to determine an estate plan that best fits their circumstances and their family. This can include drafting Wills, Testamentary Trusts and Enduring Powers of Attorneys. I also assist our clients with the administration of Estates including applying for Grants of Probate, Reseals and Letters of Administration. My work in estate disputes includes representing clients in mediations and litigation.
