I advise on a wide range of large transactional and dispute related matters in the construction and engineering sectors across multiple jurisdictions having practiced in Victoria, Queensland and spent time in Dubai.
I have a strong understanding of the various Security for Payment and associated legislations as well as the contractual disputes which arise on construction projects.
My time as a Judge's Associate has also given me valuable insight and exposure to statutory interpretation and civil procedure.
In 2014, I undertook a four month secondment to Siemens as in-house legal counsel. This afforded me the opportunity to greater understand the needs of my clients both legally and commercially.
