- agreements for lease and lease of commercial, industrial and retail premises,
- variations, assignments, subleases and licences, etc
- due diligence on acquisition of properties,
- due diligence for the sale of properties to ensure a property is best prepared for a subsequent sale,
- sale of commercial, industrial and retail properties,
- acquisition of commercial, industrial and retail properties,
- put and/or call options,
- sale and leasebacks,
- sale and acquisition of licensed hotels,
- liquor licensing,
- advice on legal and commercial issues surrounding leases and other commercial agreements.
