I am a Law Society of NSW Accredited Specialist in Personal Injury Law.
I have practiced exclusively in personal injury and insurance litigation for the past 15 years. I have run cases in virtually all of the NSW jurisdictions including the District Court, Supreme Court, NSW Court of Appeal, Dust Diseases Tribunal, the Workers Compensation Commission and the NSW Motor Accidents Authority. I have also appeared in the High Court of Australia in Lujans v Yarrabee Coal Company.
I lead a team of 10 personal injury lawyers whom perform work for and assist people injured as a result of motor vehicle and traffic accidents, work accidents, accidents in public and private areas, those who develop conditions due to their exposure to asbestos, as a result of sexual abuse and assault and due to poor and incompetent medical treatment.
I enjoy helping people get their life back on track by ensuring that they pursue all available entitlements and maximise their compensation return.
