What personal liability do I have when organising an event?
Am I personally liable if I organise an event for any damages? I'm arranging for 20 or so individuals to climb up several mountains and there's not an inconsiderable risk of personal injury. There is no legal entity behind this, however we have event branding that shows this is a coordinated event.
Will getting everyone to sign a personal liability waiver solve the issue?
