Our sporting club design was used by a supplier who did a quote for netball uniforms,  her services were not required due to her costings being to expensive. This person then used our design to make uniforms for another club in New Zealand. We have used this design  for 2 years as we compete in many tournaments nationally and internationally. We asked for all pictures on sites be removed and uniforms made for other clubs destroy. Response is pictures remove but the other club not informed and unaware of our club and design belonging to us. What options do we have?
