Cost: $1,190 Fixed incl. GST
This package is suitable for people who have one or more of these: assets in their own name or jointly with others, assets held in a family trust, a blended family, self-managed super fund or business in ownership with third parties. The will with testamentary trusts is suitable for clients who are seeking a long term approach to protecting their assets, tax effectiveness and avoiding disputes upon death. The will can also protect the client’s bequest from creditors of their beneficiaries. The will is useful in circumstances where the client wants to provide for their spouse but are concerned that they may remarry and divert the family assets to the new family. This package includes: * Advanced Will with Testamentary Trusts * Enduring Power of Attorney * Enduring Power of Guardianship

Advanced Will with Testamentary Trusts
Includes
- Up to 1 hour taking instructions by Skype or at our office about your wishes
- Preparing your Will which may deal with these:
- Specific gifts
- Residue provision
- Equal or unequal division of assets
- Australian property
- Industry super and SMSF
- Burial preferences
- Pet living arrangements
- Guardians for your children
- Appoint of Australian Executor(s)
- Single or multiple testamentary trusts
- Right of residence
- Life interest estates
- Create trust/s for minors which protects inheritance until they turn 18 or an age otherwise specified
- Unlimited revisions of the first draft of the Will after client's review
- Meeting with client at our office to execute Will
- Alternatively if client does not want or cannot attend at our office for execution, advice on executing the Will
- Client will receive the original Will that is valid in any state or territory in Australia and 1 copy of the Will

- More than 2 meetings to discuss and finalise the document
- Gifts of overseas property
- Storage of original Will
- Any travel
Enduring Power of Attorney
Includes
- One Enduring Power of Attorney (EPA) will be prepared appointing one or two persons as attorneys
- Up to 20 minutes taking instructions by Skype or attendance at our office
- Documents will be submitted to client for review
- Unlimited revisions of the first draft of the EPA after client's review
- Meeting with client to sign the EPA
- Client will receive 2 originals of EPA ready for lodgment at Landgate
Excludes
- More than 2 meetings to discuss and finalise the Enduring Power of Attorney
- Registration of the EPA at Landgate
- Landgate lodgement fees
Enduring Power of Guardianship
Includes
- One Enduring Power of Guardianship (EPG) will be prepared appointing one or two persons as guardians
- Up to 20 minutes taking instructions by Skype or at our office
- Documents will be submitted to client for review
- Unlimited revisions of the first draft of the EPG after client's review
- Meeting with client to sign EPG
- Client will receive 1 original of EPG and 2 certified copies
