Preparation and service of a creditor's statutory demand for outstanding monies over $2,000 by a company (Pty Ltd) for which there is no genuine dispute that the amount is owed nor an offsetting claim.

This includes reviewing instructions as to the debt, considering whether a statutory demand is appropriate in the circumstances (if not, no fee) and preparing and serving the statutory demand and supporting affidavit (of someone with sufficient knowledge of the debt). It does not include any litigation to set aside the demand, nor any winding up application that might follow.
