Gadens appoints industry leader to Health and Aged Care Team

National firm Gadens has appointed Sabine Phillips as a Partner in their Melbourne-based Health and Aged Care Team. Sabine is a highly regarded practitioner with market leading expertise in aged care, health care and retirement living, and joins the Gadens team after 10 years as a partner at Russell Kennedy.

Acting predominantly for health and aged care clients, Sabine's practice involves corporate and clinical governance, risk management and compliance, inquiries and investigations, dispute resolution, coronial inquests, policy review and implementation, statutory interpretation, corporate and clinical governance and government and administrative law.


 
As a Registered Nurse [Division 1] (non-practicing), Sabine has worked as an operator of aged care facilities and is a Fellow of the Royal College of Nursing in addition to Director of Northern Health, Director of Australian Children Education and Quality Agency and Director of Uniting AgeWell. Sabine holds a Bachelor of Applied Science (Advanced Nursing), a Master of Business, Master of Laws and is a FAICD.
